Web3 + Pi Network = 𝝿 (Pi)

Web3 represents the next stage of development of the internet and Pi network has taken advantage of it, is taking advantage of it, will take advantage of it to the fullest!
Web3, which builds on the current Web 2.0 by adding new features, is the latest iteration of the Internet, associated with concepts such as the metaverse, machine learning, and virtual and augmented reality. That sounds pretty powerful in itself. And it is indeed a significant step forward in the development towards new ways of getting information, shopping, working, and having fun on the web, and Pi Network is teaching us this!

What was and is the internet?

There have been two stages of the Internet's growth so far. The first, called Web 1.0, lasted from about 1991 to the beginning of the new millennium. Information was accessible to visitors through websites without the possibility of interaction, which is why it is called a read-only website. Basically, various entities, such as companies, universities, and the like, provided content to people, who, however, could not actively participate in its creation or comment on it directly.

Gradually, the world wide web evolved into Web 2.0 (for reading and writing), providing a space for content and reactions as well as mutual communication between users. It became official around 2004 and currently most people use it in familiar ways, in addition to regular browsing, such as comments, posts on social networks, creating and sharing videos, playing online games and many others. Various cloud solutions also entered the game and access spread from computers to tablets, mobile phones, some wearable devices or parts of smart home equipment (replacing our wives)?😂

What is Web3?

What is Web3 (Web 3.0), the answer is that it is the next stage of the evolution of the Internet, growing from its predecessors. Among the trends that will characterize it are decentralization, a greater emphasis on privacy, machine learning and overall security. These aspects, together with the emphasis on the ability of individual participants to enter the process of determining rules and restrictions, will shape its environment.

Decentralization? Will it be better? Pi Network?

A major benefit of Web3 is the push for decentralization, where online communities belong to everyone and information sharing is much more transparent. Instead of storing information through database giants like Google, it will be freely shared and stored in many places through distributed computing. Its movement will then be ensured by DAOs (Decentralized Autonomous Organizations), i.e. groups controlled by the community and relying on the fact that achieving a common goal is in the best interest of each member. Do you understand? The Pi Network is based on this model.

Privacy protection through blockchain.

Blockchain is considered a key component of decentralization. Ownership on the internet will be registered through this transparent and publicly accessible data system, allowing anyone to see what is happening on it.

An example of how people (PiBazar) are currently using blockchain is the registration of digital assets (NFTs) and tokens, which allow people to seamlessly transfer digital goods without having to know the other party. The user's identity is not revealed unless they choose to share it by linking their blockchain wallet, which can be thought of as their ID on the web 3.0, to their personal information.
There is one major difference between blockchain technology and past infrastructures: databases. In the past, these were controlled by a single person or organization with complete control over them, including how data was stored and modified, leading to errors and fraud. Blockchains largely eliminate these risks by creating open systems that allow anyone to understand those they are connected to, thereby building user trust.

Security through encryption.

Another important element in Web3 is encryption. This essentially ensures that data is not accessible to anyone other than the intended parties. While we already use it to protect information online, as the Internet evolves, these cryptographic techniques will serve to make it publicly available as well as to keep it private.

And that AI again. ?!

The next piece of the Web 3.0 puzzle was dreamed of by many back in the 90s. The idea was that computers would be able to understand context in a similar way to the human brain. In addition to knowing what information was being presented, AI would also understand the meaning and emotions behind it, serving it to people in a more intelligent way than search engines do today.

The current rapid development in this area is already turning some aspects of the idea into reality. The vision of AI working routinely as a personal shopper, helping you find the best pair of shoes based on your preferences and style, suggesting a great vacation, or advising you on buying a car, no longer seems nearly as unrealistic as it used to.

We are most likely not far from a future where artificial intelligence will participate, using advanced learning methods, in the development of new drugs, various innovations, or will become more prominent in the production of products. It is even penetrating into a sphere that was until recently the exclusive domain of humans, when the art it generates is sold as NTF in Web 3.0 applications.

Examples of Web3 companies, platforms and networks.

There are already many examples of emerging and thriving Web3 networks. Popular Web3 networks include Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, and Cosmos, and major players in the field of platforms of this type include OpenSea, Coinbase, Ledger, MetaMask, and others. Many of them focus on selling NFTs or cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, and in the future, Pi Network will be one of the few that understood the power of WebXNUMX and did not let this train pass.

Web3? So what will happen next with “𝝿”? How will the price of Pi develop? Who is really behind Pi?
