✅ If you want to purchase a product, you must have a "Pi" bead (Available Balance) on your profile. This bead indicates that you have enough Pi in your account to complete the transaction.

The “Pi” bead represents your available balance and is automatically activated if your account meets the requirements to complete the purchase. This means you have enough Pi in your account for the intended transaction.

📊 Meaning of the bead:

The bead serves as an indicator to the seller that you are able to make the payment. Without this bead, it is not possible to complete the purchase, as the system requires verification of available funds before the transaction can be completed.

🔒 Transaction security:

Having the “Pi” (Available Balance) bead activated also ensures security for both parties. The seller is assured of receiving payment, and the buyer knows that their payment is ready to complete the transaction.
Before purchasing, make sure your account has the "Pi" bead (Available Balance) activated so that the entire process goes smoothly and without unnecessary complications.

💸 Want to sell something for Pi?

Just choose the appropriate category and offer the product. Product photos are very important!

🔄 Transaction completion:

After the bid or auction ends, the seller and buyer will arrange everything necessary between themselves.
Pi must be in custody before the trade can be closed.
After the product is handed over, Pi is released from custody and the fee is deducted.
Based on the proper completion of the transaction on both sides (primarily confirmation of proper receipt or acquisition of the item in question from the advertisement), the advertisement will be locked as no further interaction is required and remains in the category for review.

✅ It is allowed to sell: 

Goods, new and used, such as clothing, food, drinks, furniture, e-products (e.g. licenses), furniture, books... Services, e.g. almost any personal service (freelancer, hairdresser, babysitting), newspaper and magazine subscriptions, streaming video, education, transportation, concert tickets, and the like.

⚠️ Limited product range is not,

due to the already open tradability Pi Network on exchanges, only restrictions according to applicable laws!

Illegal goods/services e.g. drugs, weapons

The above rules are governed by applicable laws. Violation of the rules may result in account freezing and a ban on trading on Pi Bazaar. It is better to follow the rules.

🔴 Auction Rules 🔴

If you are interested in bidding on something, it is important to follow the following rules:

📅 Auction end date:

Each auction must have a specific date and time when it officially ends. Example: "Auction ends on 13.04.2025 at 20:00". The auction can last 3, 7 or a maximum of 10 days from the start.

⏰ Standard auction ending:

The auction ends at a set time (for example, 20:00 PM) unless someone bids in the last second before the set end.

🔄 Extension rule:

If someone places a bid at the specified auction end time, for example at 20:00:59, the auction will automatically be extended by another 5 minutes, i.e. until 20:05:59. If someone places a bid at 20:05:59, the auction will be extended by another 5 minutes, i.e. until 20:10:59, and so on. Each additional bid made exactly at the auction extension time (for example at 20:05:59) will extend the auction by another 5 minutes.
Of course in the system Discord The seconds are not visible, but if someone bids in the last second of the first minute of the auction, the bid is visible in the last minute.

🏁 Final auction closing:

The auction will be definitively closed if no one bids in the last minute of extra time. The winner of the auction is the person who made the last highest bid.

📨 Procedure after the auction ends:

The auction winner must send the Pi to escrow within 7 days and provide the seller with information on where to send the product. If the winner does not respond, the auctioneer will decide whether the product will be awarded to the last bidder before the winner, or whether the auction will be canceled or resumed.

These rules ensure that every participant has a fair chance to bid until the actual end of the auction.

When inquiring about a product, it is important to follow the following rules:

💰 Setting the maximum price:

When requesting a product, it is essential to determine the average or maximum amount of Pi that you are willing to pay for the product. This amount of Pi serves as a reference point for sellers responding to your request.

🤝 Seller selection:

If there are multiple sellers willing to sell the requested product, the inquirer has the right to choose from whom to purchase the product. The inquirer can decide to purchase regardless of the offered price of the product. He/she therefore has the opportunity to choose the seller according to his/her own criteria, not only based on price.

📅 Ad validity:

The demand advertisement is valid for 1 - 3 calendar months from its publication.
After this validity period has expired, it is necessary to ask Pi Bazar to extend the validity of the advertisement if you are still interested in the product.

These rules ensure that the inquiry process is clear and fair for both the inquirer and the seller.

❗ Interested parties only ❗

We ask all Pi Bazaar users to comment on a room only if they are interested in the product or service being offered. We are implementing this measure to maintain clarity and efficiency of communication on our platform. All other comments that are not relevant to the product or service will be automatically deleted.

✅ What we consider relevant comments:

Inquiries regarding status, specifications, or other details about a product or service.
Bids or offers to buy.
Information about availability and delivery options.

❌ What we consider to be irrelevant comments:

Personal opinions that are not related to the product or service in question.
Advertisements and promotions of other products or services.
Discussions that do not relate to specific supply or demand.

📅 Ad validity:

After this validity period has expired, it is necessary to ask Pi Bazar to extend the validity of the advertisement if you are still interested in the product.

Pi Bazaar works on the same principle as any other bazaar. The sales process is as follows:

📢 Product offer:

The seller posts an ad with a description, price in Pi, and photos of the product.

🤝 Buyer's Choice:

If more than one interested party responds to the advertisement, the seller decides to whom to sell the product, regardless of the offered amount Pi.

(I.e. Transaction:

Before the sale is completed, the buyer must send the Pi amount to Pi escrow.
This process ensures maximum control over the sale by the seller and security for the buyer.
