PiNet: Connecting the World of Web2 and Web3

What is the PiNet platform?

It allows anyone to browse, view, and share selected Pi applications (Pi Apps / dApps) on any browser and on any device.
Simply put, PiNet creates a bridge between the worlds of Web2 (standard web) and Web3 (decentralized web).
Improves the accessibility of the Pi Ecosystem for users with an account Pi (Pioneers) even without him.

Developers can use PiNet to share their applications with a wider audience.
And this is done using the standard http / https protocol.

How does it work?

PiNet works by assigning a unique URL to Pi applications.
To avoid confusion, each application receives four numbers after its name – a subdomain.
The developer must register the PiNet subdomain in the developer portal.
For example aupi8439.pinet.com == pi://aupi.app == https://aupi.app

Example

Doména - aupi.app
PiNet URL - aupi8439.pinet.com

PiNet user interface

PiNet users can browse Pi applications without logging into their Pi account, but the moment an application requires the Pi SDK to interact, the user will be restricted.
This means that once the application uses the function Pi.authenticate, the user interface will end.
If the user wants to continue using the application, they must access it from the Pi browser.
If they don't have an account, they will need to create one.
For example, the Fireside Forum application allows visitors to click through and view posts and comments from a PiNet URL.
However, if a user wants to create a post or add a "fire" (like), they must use the Pi browser.
These actions require logging into the Fireside Forum app and submitting a transaction.

More examples

The store will be accessible to PiNet users for viewing offers, but would require a Pi account to purchase.
Games could allow the user to complete a tutorial and preview the game before requiring a login.
